I just adore working with pregnant women! Capturing the beauty and magic of pregnancy is such an awesome joy and honor! Maternity and Newborn Photography is really one of my favorite genres and I cannot tell you how much fun I had working with this beautiful glowing mother-to-be. I love the soft flowing fabrics of her outfits and the glowing backlight and soft colors of the Nevada Landscape! Congrats on your impending arrival guys, I hope you love your images!

Makenzie is graduating from High School next month and her family could not be more proud of her. She is a smart, creative, motivated and Godly young woman who has an incredibly bright future ahead of her! I have the supreme honor of photographing Makenzies senior portrait session in the historic town of Genoa Nevada. We had so much fun, it was a lovely spring day and as usual Genoa offered an amazingly colorful, and interesting backdrop for her session! I am so pleased to share this session, I am so very pleased with how it turned out! Congrats on all the hard work Makenzie, your future is going to be spectacular!!
Hello again my lovelies, it’s been quite a while! I have been a busy busy bee over here shooting and editing and generally putting together much awesomeness for the studio. What I have not been doing is Blogging or Posting, shame on me! I really wanted to make sure to post about this session however, I just love it when my wedding clients come back for their newborn sessions. This little darling is the first child of a couple whose wedding I shot almost a year ago, and he is such a blessed little boy to be born into such a loving and Christ-centered home! I am delighted to share with you some of my favorites from his recent newborn session in our Midtown Reno studio. Okay so what could be more beautiful than an expectant mommy, really? I just love working with families as they welcome their new babies into the world. Every woman I photograph during her pregnancy is beautiful, so lovely and full of life! Tessa was no exception! What a lovely young mom, and such a beautiful spirit! And her hubby Jon just adores her, it’s so sweet to see! When their little man arrived they came into the studio and he was such a little angel, so perfect and new, I really adore these photos!
